Janette has 30+ years of experience in chief executive and consultancy roles across biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, and clinical diagnostics. Her doctoral research focused on commercialisation strategy in biotech start-ups, giving her direct insight into the relationship between technology, business models, and partnering outcomes. She has founded six biotech companies and understands the pressures facing life sciences CEOs from both sides of the table.
Peter specialises in driving the transition of programmes from research to early-stage clinical development, including drug repurposing programmes. He has held management roles in life science start-ups and contract development and manufacturing organisations (CDMOs), with hands-on experience across both chemical synthesis and biotech-derived drug production. He holds an MBA, a DPhil in Organic Chemistry, and a Project Management qualification (PMP).
Manuela brings scientific expertise in immunology with a PhD in Structural and Molecular Biology from University College London. Prior to JustPartnering, she worked as a management consultant at IQVIA, supporting global pharmaceutical companies with clinical and commercial intelligence across market access, launch excellence, and brand strategy.
Fiona has 25+ years of experience aligning product development with regulatory requirements across drug development milestones. Her background spans scientific and regulatory roles at CSL/Seqirus and independent consulting, with a strong foundation in biochemistry and microbiology. Her submissions experience includes clinical trial applications, drug master files, orphan drug designation, and product registration dossiers.
Abigail holds a PhD in Medicine from the National University of Singapore. Her research background spans A*STAR and an internship at the NUHS Innovation Transfer Office, where she worked at the interface of academia and industry to support early-stage commercialisation and partnership development.
Ashley leads marketing, operations, and AI, managing communications and digital content across the brand. She builds JustPartnering’s AI tools, including LiSa (our life-sciences reasoning and authoring system), the in-licensing evaluation workflow, and the outreach trackers clients use to follow every touchpoint. She brings a commercial lens to science communication, with a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Marketing and Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
